Youness is a qualified accountant who trained with Ernst & Young LLP in the Real Estate and Hospitality division and has maintained his focus on Real Estate throughout his career.

Youness has nearly two decades of experience in real estate and has worked on projects at all levels; from portfolios of several billion to structuring transactions for a first-time real estate Investor.

A highlight of Youness’ career was when he set up an advisory business assisting a number of ex-clients, helping them to navigate their way through the credit crunch.

Later Youness joined Gatehouse Bank and then Bank ABC, where his knowledge of Islamic Finance and his experience in real estate finally aligned.

Mohammed Paracha is a veteran of the Islamic Finance industry having paved the way for London to become a global Islamic Finance hub as part of the work he did on the Bank of England Committee on Islamic Finance. He has over 25 years’ experience in putting together transactions across the world with an aggregate value exceeding $25 billion. He is not only the Co-Founder and Director of Nester along with Youness Abidou but also the Head of the Middle East at international law firm Norton Rose Fulbright where he manages over 100 people in their delivery of solutions to clients across the region. Mohammed is also a graduated Shariah scholar, reflecting his deep knowledge of Islamic financial products and law and an ability to connect modern finance with Islamic legal principles.
